Hermann Wiemer Guest House w/Fire pit & Lakeview

Host communication was perfect, Kitchen and Dinning area were open, Lake view was awesome, did driveway with area to turn around, was perfect spot for a group of 8 to enjoy Finger Lakes region

The house was awesome. Location was great.Only issue was non-workng wifi & therefore TV.

The property was absolutely amazing. The house was clean and modern, yet had so much farmhouse character. The deck in the backyard was wonderful. We spent so much time outside watching the deer and listening to the birds. The view of the lake is wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed. We felt very much at home and would love to stay again in the future.

Overall the property fit our need. Clean and overall comfortable. Convenient location to many of the winery. It can be loud with a lot of truck traffic.

The house was immaculately clean and communication with the host was excellent. The three upstairs bedrooms were larger and nicer than expected, with two having gorgeous lake views. All had en-suite bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom was very small but comfortable. However, two items of note are that the downstairs bedroom has a sliding barn door with no lock, which opened into the living room. This was no issue for us, but some might prefer the privacy of a lock. Also, there was a side front door (not the primary front door) which opened directly into the downstairs bedroom. It had a large, see through glass window, so we had to hang a sheet over it for privacy while sleeping or dressing. Additionally, we were very pleasantly surprised by the enormous back yard (must be multiple acres), which was well manicured and overlooked the lake. While there is not direct lake access from the property, there is ample space for outdoor games and spectacular lake views. I highly recommend this property!
